Grounding Roots Lotion is designed to help us remember to connect to the earth. Overthinking, trauma, overdoing, and fear can lead us to lose the ground beneath our feet. It was designed to use daily to gently remind us to reconnect. It is a light sunflower lotion with patchouli, Virginia cedarwood, vetiver, and Helichrysum italicum.  
 Lotion preserved with Phenoxyethanol (and) Ethylhexylglycerin
