Granola is a easy and delicious way you can get some herbal action in your life. The recipes I have included are just a few, hopefully you are inspired to make your own. The basic recipe is easy enough, and can be made very frugally with brown sugar as your sweetener.
Basic Granola Recipe
2 Cups Oats
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 Cup Oil liquid (I prefer melted coconut, but you could use olive oil, melted butter, etc.)
1/4 cup sweetener (I prefer maple, but you could use honey, brown sugar, etc.)
1 tsp vanilla
Preheat oven to 350
Mix together with whatever herbs/flavor/tinctures you are using and put in 9x13 baking pyrex
Bake 10 min, stir, bake another 10 min. Then take our and let cool. You can add any nuts or dried fruits after it's baked (1/4 Cup of each), but it's optional.
Bam, quick, easy, frugal, and delicious.

Goji berries, dried blueberries, dried tart cherries, ground rosehips, citrus zest
Tincture possibilities
I have found glycerites make an inferior addition to granola, not horrible, but preventing the granola from getting crispy crunchy.
Alcohol tinctures are great to use. The mild tasting tinctures can be added for additional health support, and delicious aromatic tinctures can be used to enhance flavoring.
You can add some reishi to the chai, some burdock to the yellow milk, scullcap to the happy blend, or some catnip to the sleepy time.
