Modalities utilized include Craniosacral therapy, aromatherapy, acupressure, Reiki, flower essences, herbalism, guided meditation, and massage. This session will shift the patterns and pathways your body uses to process information. After each session, you will leave with a custom product to use to help you create a new habit of coherence.
